The product is widely used for interlayer insulation and interturn insulation of oil-immersed power transformers. When in use, the coating layer begins to melt at a certain temperature during the drying process of the coil, producing adhesion, and begins to solidify again as the temperature increases. The adjacent layers of the winding are reliably bonded into a fixed unit. The adhesive strength of the epoxy resin is sufficient to prevent the displacement of various layers of the winding during short circuits, thereby ensuring the long-term electrical and mechanical properties of the insulating structure. Because the resin coating of diamond-coated insulating paper is point-like, it ensures the infiltration of oil and the removal of gas in the insulating material, effectively avoids corona and local discharges, thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulating structure.
Usage: Widely used for interlayer and interturn insulation of electrical equipment such as transformers and oil-immersed transformers;
Instructions for use: Store in a dry, clean and ventilated place at a temperature not exceeding 35 ° C, not close to fire sources, heating, and avoiding direct sunlight. The storage period is twelve months. Heat to 90℃±5℃, hold for 3 hours, then raise the temperature to 125℃±5℃, and hold for 6 hours to cure.
